DIRECT PRIMARY CARE:

Includes:

All office visits related to ONLY general/non specialty primary care services
Text and email communication
1 basic lab panel every 12 months
Same day or next day sick visits
Child membership for $70/month unless added to an active adult membership then the cost is $40/month
In office testing: EKG
In office testing: urinalysis
In office testing: urine HCG / pregnancy testing
Steroid joint injections
Trigger point injections
Injectable Medications: corticosteroid, anti-inflammatory (Toradol), antibiotic (Rocephin)
